The Flow State

We pray for the moments when we can enter the magical “flow state.” With consistent practice this state become natural and spontaneous. We have 5 types of waves in our brains: Gamma, Betta, Alpha, Theta & Delta. Each frequency serves a purpose, but in these fast-paced digital days most people are over-stimulated and gamma and beta waves dominate. When we do things like ride a wave, play and instrument,

or get deep into a yoga/pranayama/meditation practice, we tune into our alpha waves...and maybe even into our theta and delta waves. These magical waves promote a sense of well-being, deep healing & pure creativity.
